I will be taking part (print below) in The Photocopy Club and One Giant Arm show NOW THATS WHAT I CALL PHOTOGRAPHY 30 at The Bristol Diving School Gallery later this month. The exhibition will feature 30 contemporary photographers from around the world. Plus an open submission wall and zine fair.

“Zine” – marcvallee.co.uk

No surprise that I’m a big fan of zines and independent book publishing. Bringing out two of my own zines this year has been a great deal of fun and very rewarding. The inspiration came from friends. In particular Andreas Laszlo Konrath via Pau Wau Publications in New York City and Brian David Stevens via Hamburger Eyes.

Plus a big thank you goes out to both my designer Colin Robinson from CRA Design and Lucy Moore from Claire de Rouen Books. Getting a yes from Lucy was a great day and she has been very supportive of both zines.

The plan for 2013 is to put out three new zines and build up to publishing a book in 2014. So with that I would to thank everyone who bought a zine this year. Bottom line I could not have done it with out you.

Over the last few months I have been working on a zine/book of my graffiti pictures. The layout edit was sorted yesterday and the art work is just about to go off to the printers. We are printing a limited edition of 200 copies all signed and numbered by yours truly. Plus we will be having a launch party here in London in June. Watch this space!
